I haven't made an official announcement yet, but Gene took care of that! For anyone who doesn't know Derek Oliver was born March 26 weighing 9lb 11oz and 20.5inches long. Personally I think he's the cutest baby ever :)

awh those pictures are all so precious! he looks especially adorable in "staring up at daddy"! well, i'm in class now so i have to go, but i get to meet mr. derek oliver warren tomorrow! I come in at 10:10a.m. so hopefully you will be at the house tomorrow! I look forward to seeing you :)

Damn he's big...that must have hurt a lot. Glad to hear everyone is healthy and happy. Hope you find some sleep. A co-worker of mine just had a baby too, she told me about the whole breast milk thing....man it must be strange for stuff to be filling up your boobs and having to pump it out.

Heh, it did hurt a lot! What's funny though is the most painful part wasn't pushing him out so much as the contractions before the epidural. That was like head-exploding pain. The pushing part was 2 hours and 15 minutes of torture, but that was more exhausting than painful. It is weird to havemilk coming out of your boobs. It's also weird having this little face chomping on your boob with fists clenched against his cheeks looking up at youand sucking the milkout.
